After purchasing of one of our web hosting services our customers receive a welcome email from a member of our close knit team. That team member will provide their contact details and is available to answer all questions relating to the hosting plan; for the life of the web hosting plan. No more being shunted from admin to support to billing to technical, explaining and re-explaining your issue. Our aim is to know your web hosting needs as well as you do.

We are an Australian owned and operated business. We neither claim or aim to be the biggest web hosting company, instead we aim to be the best. You see, we formed Synchronicity Hosting out of frustration! We feel that the price paid for a website hosting  should be irrelevant to the provision of service. We don't advertise and display a 24 hour live chat that is constantly unattended. We don't shift your website from server to server without telling you.  We don't insist or even recommend you read through our knowledge base before you contact us; quite frankly life's too short and it's usually fastest to contact us.
